We read every message and reply to those that need a reply, usually within a few business days. We do not publish a phone number or postal address.

Reporting a bug or a link that won't work

To avoid a round trip, include the following. Without the link we usually cannot reproduce the problem.

• The exact Snapchat link you pasted.
• Your device and browser, for example iPhone 15 / Safari or Windows / Chrome.
• What you expected and what actually happened, including any error text on screen.

Before you email

The Help page covers the failures we see most often — private or expired content, wrong link format, downloads that appear to stall on iOS, and watermarks. Checking it first is usually faster than waiting for a reply.
