Terms of Service
Plain terms covering acceptable use, what SaveFetch does and does not promise, and where responsibility sits.
Last updated: August 2026
Acceptance
By using SaveFetch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
What the service does
SaveFetch retrieves publicly accessible media from a Snapchat link you provide and offers it to you as a download. It does not bypass privacy settings, authentication or access controls, and it cannot retrieve private, deleted or expired content.
Acceptable use
- Use SaveFetch only for content that is genuinely public and that you have the right to save.
- Do not use it to infringe copyright, invade privacy, harass anyone, or redistribute someone else's content without permission.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer or otherwise interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Do not use the service where doing so would break the law that applies to you, or Snapchat's own terms.
Your responsibility for downloaded content
You are solely responsible for what you download and what you do with it afterwards. Content available through Snapchat belongs to the people who created it. Saving something for personal viewing is not the same as having a licence to republish, monetise or redistribute it.
No warranty
SaveFetch is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular link will work, that downloads will always succeed, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features, limits and availability may change at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaveFetch and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including lost data, lost content or claims brought by third parties over content you chose to download.
Intellectual property
The SaveFetch name, logo and site design belong to us. Snapchat, Spotlight and related marks belong to Snap Inc. and are used only descriptively; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Snap Inc.
Suspension
We may rate-limit or block access where we detect abuse, automated bulk use, or activity that puts the service or other users at risk.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date below reflects the current version. Questions go to savefetch.app@gmail.com.
